By promoting AI development and utilization from the perspective of Seikatsusha, i.e., consumers, we aim to guide sustainability while realizing the evolution and expansion of human creativity and supporting society and its citizens.

Rather than adopting the perspective of service providers or vendors, we aim to position ourselves as an industry organization that represents the perspective of Seikatsusha, i.e., consumers, who use these technologies.

Through Consumer Survey and their experiences, we examine socially acceptable ways of using AI and encourage governments, industry associations, and companies to design services based on these insights.

Deepens the academic definition and theoretical framework of Human-Centered AI (HCAI) and advance deliberations toward establishing as a common language.

Advance deliberations toward developing rules to address legal and ethical issues and establishes risk management and implementation guidelines for companies adopting AI.
